Picking up registration at the event
All attendees must show a valid government issued photo ID at the registration desk in order to pick up their badge and to access the event.
In order to make this process faster, please also have your registration confirmation details either printed or on a mobile device in hand as well.

Children And Minor Registration
Registering a Child (Age 0-12)
Attendees below the age of 13 at the beginning of the convention are considered Children and must be registered for a child-level badge to attend.
The cost of a child's ticket includes admittance to the convention for all three days and a poster. The supervising adult of the said child must also be registered and attend with the child. Children's tickets may not be upgraded to higher tiers.
Child registrations MUST be accompanied by an attending parent or guardian registration according to the Parental Consent section below. The child's registration will need to be picked up by the attending parent or guardian at the event
Registering a Minor (13-17)
Attendees ages 13 through 17 at the beginning of the convention are considered Minors and should purchase normal general registration at standard pricing. These tickets may be upgraded to higher tiers such as sponsor and super sponsor.
Minor registrations may be required to be accompanied by an attending parent or guardian registration, or a filled out and notarized form as per the Parental Consent section below.
PLEASE NOTE: Unaccompanied minors MUST have a valid government-issued ID in order to pick up their registration at the event.
Parental Consent
Children and minors below 16 years of age
Children and minors below 16 years of age require the supervision of a parent or guardian who is also a registered attendee and the parent or guardian must agree to the Statement of Parental Consent and Indemnification (Accompanied Minor) found on the registration page. (This agreement will appear and be required upon entry of the child's/minor's correct birthdate to the registration system.)
Minors of 16 or 17 years of age may either:
* Be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a registered attendee. The parent or guardian must agree to the Statement of Parental Consent and Indemnification (Accompanied Minor)
found on the registration page. (This agreement will appear and be required upon entry of the child's/minor's correct birthdate to the registration system.)
OR
* File a completed Parental Consent Form at the event registration desk if unaccompanied by a registered parent or guardian. This form must be physically filled out, signed, and notarized to be accepted. The form can be downloaded from the PDF link below or where linked on the registration page.

Fursona level is back for Carolina Furfare: Medieval in the Mountains!
Prince Aster and Knight Petal are looking for Eight Brave Adventurers to join them on a CFF Quest! The eight lucky furries chosen for this year's Fursona level membership will get all the loot from the Legend level, plus your characters will be drawn into convention artwork as knights, wizards, witches, royalty, archers, rogues—whatever you like!

Submissions for the Fursona tier are Open Now and will be open until 11:59pm on 3/08, so don't wait! The submission form is available above and must be filled out completely to enter. The form includes payment info, but don't worry, you won't be charged until you're selected and confirm your spot as a Fursona member! Furries chosen will need to be registered as a CFF Legend ($200) before confirming their place as a Fursona member. On confirmation we'll process the Fursona upgrade of $150, for a total of $350. Selected Fursona members will be notified of their selection by 3/15, and will have until 3/28 to confirm payment!
Legend registration isn't required before submitting a Fursona Member application, but please make sure that you're able to pay the total due before applying. The full registration page which will include the Legend option is currently under construction, so look for that to be posted soon!
Refund Policy
All registration purchases are refundable for a maximum of 120 days, or until their listed deadline, whichever is earlier.
Knight memberships are refundable until 1 month before the convention (11:59 PM ET Wednesday, September 4th, 2024).
Hero and Legend memberships are refundable until 2 months before the convention (11:59 PM ET Sunday, August 4th, 2024).
The Metal Badge is refundable until 2 months before the convention (11:59 PM ET Sunday, August 4th, 2024).
Fursona level memberships are not refundable.
To request a refund, email registration@ncanthrosociety.org with your registration confirmation number. The email must be sent prior to the respective refund deadline.
Fine Details
Exceptions to the refund deadline may be made only for extenuating circumstances. You may re-register for the convention after requesting a refund. The second membership is not eligible for a refund.
In addition to a cancellation + refund, general memberships may be rolled over to the next year. Rollovers are available until 2 weeks before the convention (11:59 PM ET Friday, September 20th, 2024). We process rollovers by canceling your current membership without refund and issuing you a coupon for the same amount to use with next year’s convention. Coupons will be sent out to the email address on file when registration for next year opens.
You may also roll-over the Knight membership portion of Hero and Legend memberships and pay for shipping of the Hero or Legend merchandise. If you choose this option we will process a rollover by canceling your Hero or Legend membership and issuing a coupon for Knight (General Admission) membership next year. After the convention we will send an invoice to the email address on file to arrange for shipping your Hero and Legend merchandise to you.
