How To Register

1) Create an account at https://reg.carolinafurfare.org/

2) Navigate to "Register for CFF25" on the menu to the left

3) Add your registration tier and fill out required information, add to cart

4) If you are registering multiple individuals (such as children), return to "Register for CFF25" and click "Create New Registration"

5) Fill out required information - Repeat as needed

6) After adding your registrations, please go to "Checkout" to view your cart and submit payment.

Picking up registration at the event

All attendees must show a valid government issued photo ID at the registration desk in order to pick up their badge and to access the event.

In order to make this process faster, please also have your registration confirmation details either printed or on a mobile device in hand as well.

Fursuit heads or other non-medical masks must be removed in order to receive your badge.

Children And Minor Registration

Registering a Child (Age 0-12)

Attendees below the age of 13 at the beginning of the convention are considered Children and must be registered for a child-level badge to attend.

The cost of a child's ticket includes admittance to the convention for all three days and a poster. The supervising adult of the said child must also be registered and attend with the child. Children's tickets may not be upgraded to higher tiers.

Child registrations MUST be accompanied by an attending parent or guardian registration according to the Parental Consent section below. The child's registration will need to be picked up by the attending parent or guardian at the event

Registering a Minor (13-17)

Attendees ages 13 through 17 at the beginning of the convention are considered Minors and should purchase normal general registration at standard pricing. These tickets may be upgraded to higher tiers such as sponsor and super sponsor.

Minor registrations may be required to be accompanied by an attending parent or guardian registration, or a filled out and notarized form as per the Parental Consent section below.

PLEASE NOTE: Unaccompanied minors MUST have a valid government-issued ID in order to pick up their registration at the event.

Parental Consent

Children and minors below 16 years of age

Children and minors below 16 years of age require the supervision of a parent or guardian who is also a registered attendee and the parent or guardian must file a completed Parental Consent Form (Accompanied Minor). This form must be physically filled out, signed, and notarized to be accepted. Notarization is not required if the parent or legal guardian is present at badge pick-up. Children and minors below 16 years of age attending with an adult other than their parent or legal guardian must file a completed and notarized Parental Appointment of Guardian form. Minors of 16 or 17 years of age may either:

* Be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a registered attendee. The parent or guardian must file a completed Parental Consent Form (Accompanied Minor). This form must be physically filled out, signed, and notarized to be accepted. Notarization is not required if the parent or legal guardian is present at badge pick-up. FAQ

Q: I can no longer attend the con, can I have a refund?
A: Yes. See the cut off days for those above and email us at the link below to start the process.

Q: I have a CFF 24 Rollover coupon to use for Bewhiskered but I didn't pre-register. Can I still use it?

A: Yes! You can use your CFF 24 Rollover Coupon when registering on-site at Bewhiskered.

Q: I do not have a physical copy of my ID, can I show you a digital copy?

A: We will accept valid government issued digital photo IDs. We will not accept photos or photocopies of photo IDs. If the validity of a digital ID is in question, we will ask for the physical photo ID.

Q: If I'm registering at the con, can I pay in cash?

A: No. Payments will need to be processed through our online digital registration system.
